Every Friday 7:30 – 9:15PM, except the last Friday of each month where Punyamala will lead a ritual evening at the same time.
Friday Meditation – Red Shrine Room
We are delighted to announce that regular meditation sessions, are recommencing on Friday evenings (apart from Punyamala’s excellent and important puja nights).
Each session will be bracketed by a short preparation and closing ritual.
A single full-length sit of either the Mindfulness of Breathing or Metta practice (unled, but with bells) will be followed in the shrine room by an (optional) opportunity to share with each other what has gone on during the sit, what we might have discovered and anything we might take forward from the session.
With this basic structure we hope that you will not only have an opportunity to meditate with others, but may also find a deeper understanding and ability to make use, of the most fundamental and essential of formal Buddhist practices.
Open to all who have completed the 12-weeks of intro courses.
