Yoga Courses

We offer Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga courses:  Monday Morning Hatha Yoga and Thursday Evening Ashtanga Beginners are suitable for everybody; Monday Evening Ashtanga Yoga and Thursday Evening Ashtanga Intermediates are suitable for those with previous experience.

We also run occasional Friday Evenings events. Select a class for more information, and from there you  can go on to book and pay for the course.
