The liveliest night of the week where everyone involved with the SBC can meet up and explore their spiritual life through talks, meditation, ritual and discussion. A chance to learn something new and invigorate the rest of your week! In this year’s theme, “The Magic Tree” we will be looking at figures on the Refuge Tree of the Triratna Buddhist Community.
The class starts at 7.30pm, but there’s a shared veggie dinner from 6pm.
