DESCRIPTION:YUBS Retreat at the Centre\nThe Adamantine Bond - Building the 
 Buddhaland in Sheffield\nJoin us for our annual YUBS weekend retreat (Youn
 g (under 35ish) Buddhists) - an opportunity to immerse yourself in retreat
  conditions at the Centre\, but return home to sleep.\n\nWe will be explor
 ing the four saṃgrahavastus (the means of unification)\, which contain t
 he principles and practices needed for creating a Buddhaland right here in
  Sheffield. This is the bedrock of our Sangha\, and the weekend will be an
  invitation for all of us to take part in this incredibly ambitious and be
 autiful project of giving rise to something that is a real force for good 
 in the world\, and in ourselves.\n\nThe retreat will begin with dinner at 
 6:30pm on Friday 23rd May (arrive any time from 5pm)\, and finish by 3pm o
 n the Sunday.\n\nAlthough this retreat will be held at the Centre\, we inv
 ite and encourage everyone to plan their weekend so that they can switch o
 ff from all gadgets and spend each day at the centre\, only going home to 
 sleep.\n\nBooking is essential (form below).\n\nOpen to everyone 35 or und
 er who has completed our introductory course.
