Body, Breath & Mind for a Dharma Life
A morning of yoga with regular weekly classes to follow. Exploring the benefits of bodywork, breathing and relaxation practices as effective preparation for meditation and in support of the Buddhist Dharma life.
Suitable for everyone, including beginners. Please wear something comfortable that you can move in freely.
