DESCRIPTION:From Polarisation to Presence - The Middle Way in a Divided Wor
 ld\n\nWeekend retreat 10th and 11th October\n\n10am to 5pm\n\nSheffield Bu
 ddhist Centre \n\nDrawing on the teachings of the Dharma\, the “Work th
 at Reconnects” comprises tools and practices which offer insights into h
 ow we can work together to support a shift in our hearts and minds\, our l
 ives and our society that is life-sustaining. Using individual and group e
 xercises\, meditation\, discussion and reflection we will be engaging the 
 body\, heart\, imagination and intellect to explore our relationship with 
 the world we live in. The weekend will be in the form of a cycle of experi
 ences and contexts going from Gratitude to Honouring our pain to Seeing wi
 th new eyes and then Going forth. This cycle of work is a powerful way of 
 exploring and radically changing our connection with ourselves\, each othe
 r and the world we live in. We hope it will be a weekend of imagination an
 d inspiration.\n\nJoin us for this adventure!\n\nPlease attend on both day
