 wcomers courses introduce you to the two most important Buddhist meditatio
 n practices\, along with radical Buddhist ideas that can give a new vision
  of what it means to be a human being\, and a new depth and meaning to lif
 e.\n\nThrough a combination of team teaching\, discussion and practical ex
 ercises\, this course is the main gateway to the other Buddhist activities
  at the centre\, and to a friendly\, thriving community of Buddhist practi
 tioners.\n\nThe course will run at Sheffield Buddhist Centre from Friday 2
 7th September for 6 weeks at 7.15pm. Don't worry if you can't make every s
 ession\, let us know your availability and we will try and accommodate you
 . Booking is essential.\n\nAll Buddhism classes are offered free of charge
 . Donations are welcome but completely voluntary. The centre is run on the
  basis of a ‘generosity economy’.
