 ce you to the two most important Buddhist meditation practices\, along wit
 h radical Buddhist ideas that can give a new vision of what it means to be
  a human being\, and a new depth and meaning to life.\n\nThrough a combina
 tion of team teaching\, discussion and practical exercises\, this course i
 s the main gateway to the other Buddhist activities at the centre\, and to
  a friendly\, thriving community of Buddhist practitioners.\n\nThe course 
 will run at Sheffield Buddhist Centre from Wednesday 29th January for 6 we
 eks at 7.15pm. Don't worry if you can't make every session\, let us know y
 our availability and we will try and accommodate you. Booking is essential
 .\n\nAll Buddhism classes are offered free of charge. Donations are welcom
 e but completely voluntary. The centre is run on the basis of a ‘generos
 ity economy’.\n\n&nbsp\;
