The course is held at Sheffield Buddhist Centre.
A six-week course taking place on Monday lunchtimes. We will explore basic Buddhist tools for living well: ethics, meditation and wisdom. It includes an introduction to the mindfulness of breathing and development of loving kindness meditation practices.
Course dates: Monday 3rd August – Monday 7th September
