DESCRIPTION:Come and spend your weekend in the best way possible - with mus
 ic\, dance and people! Ecstatic Dance facilitator Rachael returns to play 
 us an uplifting\, energetic set of tunes\, from resonant gongs to wild dru
 ms and deep house. Open and embrace all that comes your way in a magic car
 pet ride of ambient\, euphoric and soul-stirring world beats.\n.\nEcstatic
  dance is a practice that creates a safe container for you to connect and 
 commune with whatever arises. There is no right or wrong way to move\, no 
 expectation to feel or be any certain way. The term 'ecstatic' does not ne
 cessarily refer to being extremely happy\, but also to getting out of your
  monkey mind and truly dropping into your body. The dance is unfacilitated
 \, which means that you are able to follow and connect with what is arisin
 g.\n.\nHosted by Prajnahridaya and Saffron in the Great Hall.\nThe music w
 ill be 'silent disco'\, which means we'll be wearing headsets all listenin
 g to the same music.\n.\nThis event will be run on a dana (generosity) bas
 is\, raising money for a bigger and better retreat centre where women can 
 train for ordination (Tiratanaloka Unlimited). There will be an opportunit
 y to donate during the event.\n.\nOpen to anyone who has completed the 12-
