About the Class

This class is suitable for everybody, no previous experience of Tai Chi is needed.

The course will focus on:

  • body alignment
  • Introduction to the five relaxing/connecting exercises (developed by Master Huang Shen Shyang)
  • Up and down movement
  • Introduction to the 37-step Tai Chi short form
