Hatha Yoga Courses

Our Hatha yoga courses use sequences from Mukunda Stiles Structural Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy to restore ease, comfortable range of movement and energetic balance. A great start to the day.

Monday’s class focuses on Joint Freeing Series and Optimising Strength and Mobility whilst Thursday’s explores different Ayurvedic vinyasa and also some slower yin yoga.

Course Dates: 9 week course – 24th April – 26th June (except 29th May)

Day and Time: Monday 9.30am to 10.40am

Suitability: Suitable for all

This hatha yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury, with the emphasis on restoring ease and pain-free movement, gently freeing up range of movement.  Principally explores the Joint Freeing Series and Optimising Strength and Mobility from Mukunda Stiles’ yoga therapy programme. A small class with individual attention for those who want to get and stay flexible.  A great way to start the week!

Hatha Yoga Thursday Morning (Improvers)

Course Dates: 9 week course – 27th April – 29th June (except 15th June)

Day and Time: Thursday 9.30am to 10.40am

Suitability: Suitable for those with some yoga experience

Ayurveda – ‘The Science of Life’ is known as Yoga’s sister science. This class explores key concepts from Ayurveda through sequences of hatha yoga postures (vinyasa) giving a rich and nourishing experience.
