In the sessions we will explore the fundamentals of the practice as well as moving towards the more advanced postures that, once mastered, are the key to moving on to the intermediate series. Within each session we will explore bandha, breathing and asana to a more in-depth level. These sessions are essential for those looking to deepen and improve their practice.
