Ashtanga is a dynamically linked yoga which keeps the body moving in coordination with the breath, offering a moving meditation. Benefits of this style of yoga are greater strength and flexibility, better concentration and a calmer and more compassionate outlook, and it can be particularly useful for athletes, runners and climbers. .
The Monday evening class is for those with experience of yoga.
Thursday’s class is a general-level class; beginners or those new to Ashtanga should arrive at 7.30pm for a 15-minute introduction to the sun salutations and following asanas as the weeks progress. Those with Ashtanga experience should arrive at 7.45pm
All classes are taught by Nicola Harpin.

The fee for these courses is non-refundable and non-transferable except for reasons of ill-health
