Ashtanga is a dynamically linked yoga which keeps the body moving in coordination with the breath, offering a moving meditation. Benefits of this style of yoga are greater strength and flexibility, better concentration and a calmer and more compassionate outlook.
The beginners’ class is open to all and can be particularly useful for athletes, runners and climbers. Intermediate is for those with ashtanga experience.
